Setup and interiors are quoted separately, per property, by Blue Spire Interiors after a viewing, from a light refresh to a full turnkey fit-out. You see the full cost before you commit to anything.
Not included in any manager's fee, ours included: utilities, broadband, insurance, council tax or business rates, and the booking platforms' own commissions, which are deducted before revenue reaches you.

Fees depend on the property, where it is and how it will be let, so we quote them in your free appraisal rather than publish one number. The appraisal shows the projected income, our fee and what you keep, before you commit to anything. Cleaning is charged to the guest, so it is not a cost to you. If a property needs furnishing or a refresh before launch, Blue Spire Interiors quotes that separately after a viewing.

We will look at comparable listings in your postcode and send a written appraisal within two working days. If a long let would serve you better, we will say so.
